“I used to work as a Personal Travel Assistant doing private and FIT tours for a few years before I moved into destination management operations. It was an exciting job and I got to know a lot about Vietnam and Cambodia. Now I focus on getting large group tours off the ground and work with our clients to make sure their trips happen without a hitch. I manage tour leaders and direct the work of our operations assistant to make sure every trip is fun and exciting. I’ve travelled throughout Vietnam but I love Hoi An the most. The countryside is fantastic for cycling and the history in the city is great.”
