  • Saigon

You will be picked up at your hotel and taken to the Saigon river to board the speedboat for the scenic journey through canals south to the mangroves. A breakfast of pastries, fresh fruits and Vietnamese coffee will be served as we depart Saigon. We will briefly enter the Mekong Delta and stop at a local riverside market. Once we leave the leafy palms and coconut trees of the Mekong behind we will then be enveloped in a dusky twilight world, enveloped by towering mangrove trees that provide a habitat for 200 species of fauna and 52 species of flora. See monkeys and gibbons swinging through the trees at Vam Sat, feed the crocodiles at the crocodile reserve and paddle around the still waters of the bag lagoon in a small wooden boat. Lunch of Vietnamese specialties, such as spring rolls, lemongrass chicken and elephant ear fish will be served for lunch. This is a group tour with a maximum of 13 people per tour.
