"For lovers of ancient ruins and history or for those who simply enjoy a place of mystery".
Travis Fennell - Owner

The My Son Cham temples date back as early as the fourth century AD and are a fascinating insight into a Hindu culture that is now extinct in Vietnam.

  • Hoi An

The ancient ruins of My Son from the Kingdom of Champa are 50km west of Hoi An.

The temples were constructed between the 4th and 14th centuries by the kings of Champa and are dedicated to the worship of the god Shiva.

The VC used My Son as a key base, which forced US bombing of the site leaving about 20 of the 70 structures intact. A major restoration project is underway.

In 1999 it was named a UNESCO World Heritage site.

After an hour’s drive to My Son you can spend 2 hours discovering the peaceful beauty of the curious structures of the Cham minority.
