After breakfast you will trek to Muong Hoa River and visit the H'Mong village of Giang Ta Chai. Vietnam's Overnight Trains

Vietnam's overnight trains are basic, but a lot of fun. You'll board the train at a local train station and be assigned your own personal 4 birth compartment. The beds have soft matresses and room to stow your luggage. There is a dining cart selling noodles and drinks and a toilet. There isn't a shower on board so we reccomend taking some wet wipes or waiting until you reach the hotel to freshen up.

You'll spend two nights on the overnight train and one night in a basic homestay. The homestay is a real homestay. The accomodation is very basic but clean and hygenic.
