Prices
The tour prices on this website are listed as ‘from’ and are subject to currency exchange, availability, seasonal fluctuations and inflation. Pricing is updated periodically and are included purely as a helpful guide.
Deposit and balance
A non-refundable deposit of $250 USDper person is required upon confirmation of your booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to departure. If you fail to pay by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit. If you make a booking less than 45 days prior to departure, full payment is due immediately.
Amendments
Up to 30 days prior to departure, three amendments per booking are permitted free of charge. For all subsequent changes there will be an amendment fee of $50 USD per change.
Cancellations
Cancellation fees apply to all cancelled reservations. The fee is determined by the date written cancellation is received by wide eyed tours.
Cancellation charges
More than 45 days before departure – loss of deposit
45 days or less – 100% of total booking cost
Refunds
Refunds are not made for any unused services. No refund will be made if you leave the tour early for any reason.
