DAY 1: Your Day As A Chef
Cooking classes in Asia not only sharpen your kitchen skills but give you a deeper insight into the culture of a country.
At 9:15 am a tuk tuk will take you to meet a local chef with dozens of delicious recipes to share. The cooking class in Siem Reap will introduce you to the traditional ingredients used in Camobodian cuisine. The local chef will explain step-by-step how to make a number of dishes, which you will then eat for lunch.
At 12:30 pm, when your bellies are bulging, the tuk tuk will take you back to the hotel.
