I left the travel industry about 15 years ago (after 20+ years) to pursue a role in insurance as my gig in travel was travel insurance at the time. I have just returned earlier this year and loving being back. My hubby Greg has been dragging me around Vietnam for the last 17+ years and we just love the place, the people, the food, and all it has to offer. It truly is our 2nd home, so it made sense to join the Wide Eyed Team. My role is to get out on the road and give our travel agents some serious insight into all our destinations, which gives them confidence to talk to their travellers.
